The Catalogue of Industries Encouraged for Foreign Investment (2022 Edition) has been reviewed and approved by the 22nd Executive Meeting of the National Development and Reform Commission on July 29, 2022 and approved by the Ministry of Commerce, and approved by the State Council. It is now promulgated and will take effect on January 1, 2023.
